They aren't pins, they're buttons. They have one for almost everything under the sun. If you are celebrating something they don't have a button for, you can get a generic "celebrate" button.
A friend of mine wore the 1st visit pin. Staff people smiled at her and asked her where she was from and how her trip was going. She loves chatting with strangers and had fun with it for a couple days. But even she got sick of having the same dumb conversation with staff people and stopped wearing it.
I wouldn't wear one, but if you're like her and enjoy chatting with staff people, have at it!!!
