Each trip we schedule a few restaurants we've never tried before, just to keep things fresh. Our Easter trip included 4 new spots, but LeCellier was the best!

Although we had ADR's for 6:20 PM, we still waited 25 mins. to be seated. Granted it is THE busiest time of year, but ADR's should count for something, right?

Properly seated, we are immediately greeted by the friendliest waitress we have ever encountered! Helpful, pleasant, smart, all the things you want in a server! She helped navigate the menu, suggested apps and entrees and whisked away to get our drinks. I ordered the Moosehead Pale Ale and DW chose to go with our servers suggestion of a Canadian Chardonnay, great suggestion (I stole a sip)!

We order entrees, DW the Filet Mignon, DD the chicken (of course) and I the prime rib (of course) and apps; DW the mussels, DD the cheese soup, I the spring salad (with the idea of sharing). The apps are brought out within minutes and WOW! The mussels are awesome, the soup very tasty, the salad crisp and tart. Nothing left but plate!

The main course arrives maybe 15 mins. later and again WOW! The prime rib and filet are cooked perfectly and are full of flavor, and the chicken a big hit with DD12!

We're not a dessert group (me being diabetic) so DW & DD split the creme brulee'. They liked the vanilla but not the maple.

We used our DDP and all agreed; the best meal of he week! The room is cosy, service outstanding, food delicious.... just work on that waiting to be seated with ADR's thing!

Both DH and myself had the Filet on Mushroom Rosotto with Parsnips on top! It was so yummy....I could eat it again ang again. We both had the Beef Barley soup for app and boy was it yummy too. Our kids 3 and 5 both ordered steak too and it was yummy for them. The chocolate mouse was TDF and I tasted my DH's Chocolate whiskey cake and it was good too! I highly recommend LeCellier the service was impecciable as was the restaurant's atmosphere. We made our way through a torrential downpour to get to the restaurant because we knew from other reviews we did not want to miss it! Next time I want to eat there more than once.

I am so glad to hear the good reviews. For our anniversary this year we are dining at LeCellier since we will be in WDW. Hope our meal is as wonderful as yours. :woohoo:

I hear the best reviews about this place! It sounds like you had an awesome meal! Thank you for taking the time to post!

I just got off the phone and booked a dinner at Canada(our first) for my family for our Oct trip;I'm sooo glad I did after reading this thread. Thanks.

We are trying this place for the 1st time in August for free dining. We got an early dinner ressie and can't wait!

So glad you enjoyed LeCellier as much as we did! I thought the mussell appetizer was the best thing I ate all week. Dipping the pretzel bread into the sauce with the bacon & potatoes was pure heaven!:cloud9:

We also just went this past week to Le Cellier for the first time. The last two times it was booked solid and we couldn't get in. It was our favorite of our 7 TS meals. Also on the DDP we ordered the smoothies and shakes as our drinks - they were great! Also agree on the filet with the mushroom risotto - an excellent choice. I had the salmon and crab timbale for an appetizer - also very good! We also waited probably 25 minutes ourselves - I didn't mind, a break off being on our feet all day.

We went to Le Cellier for the first time, this past December, and loved it. The mushroom filet and the mussels are everything you said and then some. I would love to have both right now :thumbsup2 , and it's just 6:50 in the morning. Unfortunately, I'm not at Walt Disney World, and they wouldn't be open right now, even if I was there. :sad1:

195 days and counting . . . again!

I have never waited less than 40 minutes to be seated at Le Cellier, and that's always *with* ADR's. I love their food, but would rather spend my money somewhere that doesn't leave me standing over half an hour for my table.

Great review.

Le Cellier is probably our Favorite restaurant in Disney. We love it even more now that we're on DDP!

Can't wait to go back!
