First Trip without a GREAT Server

We got back last week and my husband and I said this is our first trip that we did not have at least one GREAT server. Usually there is one special waiter/waitress that goes above and beyond and is remembered for a long time.

This time, just average or below service.

Anyone else experience this?

I guess we were the only ones a bit disappointed by the service.
