We have been to universal many times with our kids. But this year we have a newbie. She will be 2 when we go in September. We are staying first time on site at RPR 5 nights after WDW 6 nights. We will have our own stroller. Here are some of my questions:
Is the boat transport to park conducive to strollers?
Which restaurants at resorts will be appreciative of her if she does the terrible twos act?
Any room requesting available so to be close to pool area?
And are there places in the parks and resort to get whole milk?
TIA!!

Yes, the strollers are easy with the boats.

Nobody cares abut the kids. It is a family park. I would probably avoid the most expensive ones, but the others are fine.

You can certainly call and request a room close to the pool. I don't think that any are really far, far away.

You can get milk at all the hotel stores. I would imagine they sell whole as well as 2%.

That's great, thank you! The boats and milk are my biggest concern.

You don't have to take the child out of the stroller when on the boat if it is not full
