First trip to WDW in May- ideas

We are surprising our DD's for Christmas with a trip in May. Any ideas on a Scavenger Hunt to tell them?? Any links that will help me. I am not quite the crafty or creative type. I love the pages to print with the coloring pictures etc. Would love ome help! Our DD's are 8 and 3. This will be DD3's first trip. OUr DD8 has been at ages 1,2 and 5.

Maybe wrap up their favorite princess doll with a note. You can look up their signatures on the net and see if you can duplicate the writing? Saying see you in this many days? maybe with a Princess travel calendar ( I have seen them at Walmart).
