We are considering taking our first trip to O'Hana (dinner) in August. We are a very health conscious family and I was wondering if they will accommodate that?

I looked through the menu and it looks pretty good. The meat is just grilled and I'm hoping we could ask for the salad dressing on the side.

Specifically I was wondering if they would steam the postickers and broccoli instead of fry them?

Has anyone requested this before?

Thanks!

I don't see it being a problem...the only thing is I haven't eaten there since fall but I was looking at the allears menu site which has an updated menu from 1/11, and potstickers as well as the wings aren't on it any more. Can anyone who has eaten there recently confirm this change?

I will say that 'Ohana tends to be a high volume of food and that if you are really trying to be health conscious it might not be the easiest place to make modified choices. You might want to leave before dessert! :goodvibes That said, I'm sure you can still have a good time and work around your diet. Have fun!

I think it would be difficult to modify the preparation of the pot stickers and the vegtables. I would think they are prepared in volume.
If the menu doesn't work for your diet, perhaps there is a restaurant that will meet your needs better.
