First Trip to Disneyland-Looking for advice/tips

We are planning a short trip to Disneyland before flying to Aulani in 2024. Any advice would be welcome!

How many days, and what is your touring style? Are you rope drop to close, or do you like to take breaks during the day? Will you be going to just one park per day, or are you thinking about getting Park Hoppers? Park Hopping is incredibly easy at Disneyland.

If you want photos, Genie+ includes all PhotoPass pictures, which is a wonderful perk worth taking advantage of. The PhotoPass photographers are incredibly talented.

Radiator Springs Racers and CarsLand at night is beyond amazing. Pirates is a different ride from its WDW counterpart. If you've already been to WDW's Galaxy's Edge, you can skip it in Disneyland. It's a carbon copy clone.

Take a minute near the partners statue near Disneyland. Look at the entrances to the different lands coming off from the central hub. Think about the fact that this is what Walt Disney imagined, designed, where he walked around when it was being constructed and opening day, and it still exists today.

If you wanted to go old school, this book was really helpful when I was planning my first trip.
