Hi all!

Wow every since my fiancee and I decided to spend our honeymoon at Disney I've been browsing prices and ideas. My first question is we definitely want to spend at least a day at Universal Studios and I've been recommended Island of Adventure by several. I'm really just starting to look but stumbled upon this deal by Dreams Unlimited.

I can't post links yet but it's the:

7-Days Unlimited Admission
2-Theme Parks
ALL AGES $86.98 plus tax!

Unlimited park-to-park admission to both Universal Studios Florida AND Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks for up to seven (7) consecutive days
FREE admission to select live entertainment venues* at Universal’s CityWalk entertainment complex.
This offer is only available online and is not available at the front gate or either theme park.

I was wondering if this is an average price or a good deal? Also is this for a full 7 days or is the $86.98 per day per person?

We have our hotel and flight reservations taken care of so we're just planning tickets and what to do at this point.

Thanks all!

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. :)

Universal offers this ticket for $85.99 plus tax per person.

Unlimited park-to-park admission to both Universal Studios Florida AND Universals Islands of Adventure theme parks for up to seven (7) consecutive days.

Well how about that. I haven't even ventured into the actual sites. I've only really started looking today. We've discussed only visiting Universal's places. We're not totally sure yet. I'm just glad we only have to decide on tickets and plans on where to go.

We're staying at a family's timeshare for a good rate and our local airport offers direct flights to Orlando for $49/pp one way. We'd like to spend one day in Clear Water at the beach.

If anyone has any suggestions on an absolute MUST see please feel free. We've debated MGM but at this point we're not sure how much different it is from Universal's park.

Universal is WAY BETTER than MGM....i pick UO over mgm any day! there is a Frequently Asked Question sticky at the top of the page, you can start there..... I know there is a thread on one of the first 2 pages of "must sees"....usually spidey, hulk, dd, mib, jn, mummy, shrek & bttf (if it don't make you sick)....depends if you are a coaster/thrill and water person or not as to what is a "must see"......

Really I'm up for anything. But as I've gotten older I've learned to appreciate the surroundings as much as the attractions. I'm really excited to get tons of pics and just take in everything.

If you have time you might want to check out the Blue Man Group show at Universal. Not sure if you listed what the date was of your honeymoon but the show starts in June and runs indefinitely (only June/July/Aug are on sale right now). You can also purchase Blue Man Group tickets at a discount if you buy them in conjunction with the 7 day unlimited admission ticket that you were speaking of. www.universalorlando.com and click on events and choose Blue Man Group. :) Check it out!

Have a great honeymoon!

If you really want to make the most of your trip, I would suggest a split stay with at least 2 nights at one of the 3 Universal hotels. The Portofino is especially nice for couples.

Well we're married the 26th of May and planning on flying out the 28th. I just read, and wasn't aware, this is Disney's Gay Day week. I personally have no issue with this but don't know what to expect. Has anyone been through it? I understand this can be a touchy subject.
