We just got back from a fabulous stay at BWV, the first week of April. My DH, DS, and myself stayed in a studio. Our room overlooked the green area by the Board Walk. Weather was sunny and warm everyday. We really liked the main pool with the slide. It was a zippy little ride down, but not as fast as SAB's slide.
Just loved being able to walk to Epcot and MGM. My pedometer said it was just under 1 mile to MGM, no big deal for us. Of course weather wasn't too hot yet. I'm not sure I'd hoof it in the summer, probably take the boat.
Our room was just perfect. Well maintained and no problems. Didn't notice any Board Walk noise at night. The staff was very nice and helpful. Would gladly stay here again.
Parks were busy but not bad. They were doing previews of Soarin for CM, so we couldn't get a sneak peek. They also did a preview for the new show at MGM for guests, but we missed it. Oh well, there is always next time.
We go back in December, so only 8 more months to the next trip!
