A little late but just wanted to inform people that my fiancé and I took our first trip as DVC members to BCV on New Years Eve. Actually Dec 30 to Jan 2. Had a great time except for the torrential down pour on New Years Eve. We were at Epcot for the New Years Eve fireworks and ate at the Japanese Hibachi restaurant. Staying at the BCV is so convenient. 5-minute walk to epcot, 20 minute walk to MGM (30 minute boat ride) and busses right outside the hotel to Magic Kingdom and the other parks. I love the fact that the boardwalk was also very close which allowed us to stuff our faces with ice cream. 
We had a studio room, which was very nice. No complaints. Staff was very nice and prompt. We are very easy to please with our hotel accommodations since we know that most of our time there, is spent away from the hotel.
