Think I will continue with TR then work out how to load photos on a seperate thread later!

So, we were woken up at 6.30am by Mickey giving us a wake up call to our cabin and very soon I was up and dressed, closely followed by Victoria who decided to wear her snow white dress for the day. We had taken some milk and cereals with us so made breakfast for the kids then headed off with Victoria to the hut at the end of our road for the breakfast box. We arrived at about 7.10am and it was already open so we got the box and bag without a wait. Back at the cabin we were pleased to find there was plenty for the 5 of us. We had 5 croissants, 5 brioche rolls, a baguette, 5 choc drink sachets, carton of milk and orange juice, butter, jam, nutella and sugar. We didn't even touch the baguette so I made sandwiches out of it for lunch along with crisps, drinks and other snacks we had taken with us.

We left for the park and arrived at Fantasyland for EMH at about 8.30am. The castle looked fabulous in the sunshine.

The first ride we headed for as the queue was so small was the carousel which we all enjoyed, then onto the tea cups as this also had a very small queue. I had read reports that people were disappointed with the condition of this ride but I thought it all looked lovely including the lanterns. Then we went on Dumbo which I really did think looked beautiful, I know it has just been refurbished and the detail on this ride looks fab especially in the sunshine.

Then we headed over to Buzz lightyear lazer blast and just walked on without a queue. We all loved this ride, it is perfect for us as a family as we could get very competitive with each other and have a great laugh! We nearly went round and rode it again but Victoria was very keen to go on Peter Pan (and so was I) so we headed back there. By this time it was nearly 10am and we did wait about half an hour but again we loved this ride and all enjoyed it especially as we know the film so well :)

We came across Pirates of the Caribbean ride by accident but I was very eager for us all to go on it as we had previously been on this ride with our two sons when they were only 3 and 4 and they had both been scared to ride anything else for the rest of the holiday!! So we wanted to prove to them it wasn't that bad. I was a bit concerned how Victoria would find it as she is only 5 but I needn't have worried as we all thought it was great and the drops weren't too much for us softies!! ;)

I had written in my itinerary that the all star express train came down main st at 11.15 so we hot footed it over there to get a front row view just outside Walt's.

We had just got Victoria a plush Goofy (as he was a favourite after the inventions meal) and she stood waving it as the train came past. Goofy heard and saw her waving and shouting and pointed out at her and blew a kiss, she was chuffed to bits - a magic moment :lovestruc

The train continues down main st to the castle where the characters get off the train for meet and greets. We got autographs from Stitch and Mr and Mrs Incredible.

All happy we wandered off to Star Tours as Sam is a big fan. This again must have been at least a half hour to 45 min wait but the boys did enjoy it including the theming around the queue, which helps the time to pass without moans etc :) I found myself holding onto Victoria during this ride to stop her being jolted about but she said it was fun and didn't seem to mind. Definitely braver than her brothers were at that age!!

We walked out of the park and ate our baguettes and snacks in the gardens at the front of the disneyland hotel. Then went to the Studios, straight to the stunt show which was due to start in half an hour. We had seen this before but only our eldest remembered it. It was well done again and all of us thought it was good. After this the plan was to go to the playhouse disney show but when we got there although in time it was the show in french! But luckily the Stitch Live show was only next door and due to start in english in 15min so we waited first in the queue. This was a good show, although once seen not sure we would bother with again. Our son Sam got picked out by Stitch to make a monkey face which he took a photo of and kept referring to him by name which was really funny and a great memory for him!

The boys were itching to get to Toy Story Playland so that was the next stop.

We walked round the area for a while and got a couple of laser guns from the shop there, then on our way to queue for Slinky dog we met Woody and 2 green army men so got photos and more autographs! I couln't believe how many characters we had met already :yay:

We queued for 45 min for Slinky and did enjoy the ride although thought it was over a bit too soon but again loved the theming of the queue area. We did plan on also going on the parachute drop but never got the time (perhaps next time ;))

We got a great spot for the stars n cars parade just before the cars pull in towards the stage. We didn't try and get near the stage as couldn't stay to watch as we were off to buffalo bills very shortly. As every car went past Victoria shouted their names and waved and generally was very excited, this was her first sight of the princesses as well so think this added to hype for her. When Jasmine went by she heard Victoria screaming her name and blew her a kiss which was another magic moment for us :lovestruc

Once they had passed we went over to the village for the show. We liked the straw cowboy hats you are given with a coloured band on for your team (we were green team).

In fact the boys wore theirs for the rest of the holiday! Food was ok, we enjoyed the chilli and each of the kids found something they liked in their selection. The show was ok, think the kids enjoyed it more than us. There is no real story to follow and it doesn't flow very well but altogether it was a good night out for the family.

We were shattered after the show finished so decided to head back to the cabin so we could get up again for EMH as it was such a success this morning.

I hope I haven't gone into too much detail here, I have waffled on about all we did. Hopefully you will stick around to read day 3, a very princessy day!!
