Can I call mousekeeping and ask for bed rails for my dd? I dont want to be charged for a mousekeeping trip.

You can call mousekeeping anytime for items that you need or are missing, and they won't charge you. When you get your welcome package, there is a list of items that they have for free (bed rails included).

I've called mousekeeping a number of times for items and no charges were applied. Now if you want extra towels, that is a chargable item.

That's right, and they even have things you don't usually find in the unit. We have been able to get a mixer and even extra cookware.
