First trip home to Kidani .... Great!

I know there are many complaints about housekeeping at the DVC resorts, but after our first trip to our new Kidani home I can say we were very pleasantly surprised. We had a 2 bed off the lobby(which I had requested), and it was the cleanest room I have ever had upon arrival. The maids were on top of things the entire trip. On day 2, I figured out which maid had cleaned our room prior to our arrival and just tipped her $20 on the spot for a superb job. I really hope they continue the good work, as we plan on many more vacations at Kidani.

Overall, I can say the service we received on this trip was far beyond what we have experienced at other resorts and are thrilled with our new home!

We stayed at Kidani for the first time this summer. I loved it! It's really a beautiful resort and I found the staff to be very friendly. Glad you had a great trip, too!

We also stayed at Kidani for the first time in Aug. and I whole heatedly agree with you, the villa was spotless and smelled so fresh as you entered.

We were very pleased.

Of the resorts I've stayed at, Kidani, hands down, has the best staff. It feels as though they just can't do enough for us Love it!

How'd you determine who prepped the room for you? I have yet to figure that one out with the time-off schedules rotating.

Not the OP, but when we were at Kidani there was a card on our bathroom vanity with the name of the person who serviced our room. I didn't really look for the person, but I guess I could have looked at the name tags of the housekeeping staff on our floor and figured out who it was over the days we were there.

That was our experience two years ago. I'm glad to see they're still keeping up the good work! We'll be back next August with the whole family...can't wait!
