Just returned yesterday from our first US/IOA trip. Thanks to all on this board for the excellent tips.. I really enjoyed reading the posts..they gave great infortmation that saved me money (yea) and made it a lot of fun to plan.

Special thanks to all that sent good wishes my way when I was having a panic over the flu a few days before leaving!! Thankfully we all got healthy in time to travel and remained so for the duration of the vacation!!

Thanks!!

Glad to hear everything went well and everyone stayed healthy. What a lovely time for a holiday!

Glad to hear you all had a great time. Now where is the report???;)

I just knew someone would ask that...:)

To tell you the truth the week is kind of a blur.. we enjoyed both US and IOA numerous times... Citywalk.. a day trip to Cocoa Beach.. and Ice!... I told my DH I should have been making notes because there is no way I remember exactly what happened when! I would be happy to answer any questions.. I will definatly be more impressed by others who manage to write great trip reports!!!!

Another satisfied customer. Glad to hear you had a good time.

We enjoyed the Ice. The display is very nicely done and interesting and pretty to look at. We looked at all the sculptures and my kids slid down the three slides. Even older adults were sliding and that was fun. I thought that it was very expensive though.. for my family of 5 I am pretty sure it was around $87.00 plus the parking fee of $7.00. It is so cold in the display that you cannot stay in there very long.. it was 9 degrees. We were in the actual ice part about 30 min and then you can look in the gift shop.. and they give you a free hot chocolate if you want to go up to the hotel lobby.

So, We enjoyed it but found it expensive. I would definatly advise anyone that goes to take hats and gloves. Parkas are provided but you really need gloves.. we were very happy to have ours.. and a hat would have been great.

I cant wait... Disney and IOA.... oh man!!!

First thing hulk then dragons then jurassic park no no spiderman then then then then :):):)
