First Trip Back to Disney in 10 years

Hello All,

I'm brand new to the board. Previously I have been to WDW 2 times. Once back in '87 I believe, but I was only 2 and again in '97. I've just begun the early stages of planning a July '07 trip back. I know there have been numerous new additions since the last time I was there. I'm sure this post will be just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to questions I have for all of you. I guess my first one would be; Does anyone know what the theme of 2007 will be? For some reason I think when I was there in '97 it was the 25th Birthday of something as the Cinderella's Castle was dressed as a giant b-day cake. Any help with the theme would be greatly appreciated.

The popluar thought is that something will be happening for Epcot's 25th anniversary, but that's not a definite. Nothing has been officially announced. Well, they're doing some sort of "Dream parks" thingee now, but I don't know if that will go over into 2007.

The 2007 promo is "Year of a Million Dreams". They'll be giving away cool random stuff to random guests of the USA parks. "Big prizes" include spending a night in Cindy's castle and taking a trip to all the parks world wide.

When you take your vacation in July 2007, "A Year of a Million Dreams," will be some what in it's final stages. However, in October of that year Epcot will be celebrating it's 25th - so something may begin at that time as well.
