This will be our first trip on points. I understand the housekeeping process, but I have one question. We stayed at SSR on our last visit in a one bedroom villia (this is when we purchased AKV). My son slept on the pullout couch, but there was no blanket or extra sheets for him anywhere in the room and I needed to call for it. I know if you need more towels or other services there is a charge when staying on points. Is this the same if we need a blanket and sheets for the pull out?

No, they should be provided. Housekeeping may have forgot to make up the sofabed.

At OKW, they store them on the upper shelf in the master bedroom closet. At BWV, we had a spare blanket and pillows in the hall closet and the pull out sofa already had clean sheets and a blanket on it with the pillows tucked into it. I guess it's different everywhere you go!

They should always be part of the room set up but I guess things get forgotten soemtimes.

There's a charge if you need more towels (we've just bought in)??? I understood the maid cleaning schedule, but didn't know you couldn't go get extra towels if you needed them.

$6 for a set of 4. There are towels provided at the pool (for use at the pool).
