POFQ and POR share buses. The buses pick-up at POFQ first then go to POR which has 3 stops. Then on the return the bus drops off at POFQ first. We stayed there last year and thought it was nice - it's smaller than the others but I was not happpy with the food court.
We stayed at CSR 3 years ago and loved it. Agree w/the others never saw inappropriate behavior. It is beautiful and the food court is nice and many choices. Have not stayed at CBR. Since these resorts are larger than the Orleans' they each have at least 4 bus stops.

We recently switched to POFQ from POP because I wanted a moderate for our anniv and I also wanted something with enough for the kids. They have an awesome slide that my 3 kids are looking forward to. My 2 boys (6 and 8) are looking forward to the fishing that you can do at POR. Plus, you have the extra bonus of using either pool since they are shared resorts.

Does CBR share busses with another resort?

Compared to CBR is CSR as spread out? What about POR? Just trying to get a feel and pick one, too- sorry for the thread hijack.

CBR and POR have more rooms than CSR. CBR surrounds a 45 acre lake while CSR surrounds a 15 acre lake.

We stayed at CSR in November 2005, and I don't think we saw anyone in suits. I'm sure they were there, but definitely not a problem. In fact, I think that's one of the reasons the buses weren't very crowded - the businessmen weren't heading to MK at 8:00 am

We loved CSR, but wanted to try something new this year, so we're going for CBR this time. We also loved ASMo - I don't think you can go wrong!

We stayed at CSR in Feb while they had 2- conventions while we were there and one was the Car Quest guys in their suits and we had no problems. Everyone was very friendly (but not in that sense) LOL! We loved CSR and never saw anyone in a suit even at the pools. Our DS4 loved it and the sandbox and playground was great. One awesome water slide too!!!

We absolutely LOVED CSR. No problems at the pool and the bus service was GREAT! No shared busses!

We stayed at POR 2 years ago and the kids loved the slide. Last year we tried 2 rooms at POP and the kids just loved it. They said it was better than POR. The only thing they missed was the slide. POP screams Disney for the kids. However, I've read some great things about CSR and would love to stay there if they could accomodate family of 5 inexpensively.

I love love love CSR.

We've been wanting to go back since our last trip.

Suits-- no way! On our last visit, t.he convention that was there was some large family reunion. That being said, it was't busy at all.

The pools were never crowded and it was amazing. There were times when my family of four was the only one on the bus to the parks (yes, it was a private bus)

CSR is booked the entire time for my dates with or without free dining, so I can't do it this time.

I'm trying POR this time. Here's hoping it's ok.

POFQ would be my pick. We have stayed there many times and always had a great experience. It is the smallest of the moderate resorts which makes it perfect for us. You can walk from the last building to the front in 5 min. There is only 1 bus stop and you are always picked up first and dropped off first when sharing buses with POR. We will be staying there agian later this year.

I have stayed at all the mods and my favorite is the
POFQ. It is very initimate in size and the pool is kid friendly with the large dragon slide. It is easy to walk to the food court, arcade and pool from anywhere. It is also a nice walk to Riverside for Boatwrights and the boat to DTD. They only have 1 bus stop and you are picked up and dropped of first then it goes to Riverside, so finding a seat was always easy. The other mods depending on which building you are in you might have to stand.
