Day 4 - Sunday, June 20th

We get up and hit MGM first thing. We go to the first showing of Playhouse Disney live, DStwins were more interested in runnigh around then watching the show. Only Rollie Polllie Oliie and Stanley would capture their attention. Oh well. Next, we head t to Al's Toy Barn in hopes of seeing Buzz and Woody. They were not out yet so DH and DS6 went to Muppets 3D. While we waited outside, DStwins and I saw Kermit (although we got Miss Piggy's autograph, Kermit's handler said MIss Piggy handed Kermit the wrong stamp) The characters came out right before the 3D show let out. I made sure to grab DH and DS6 and sent them straight to the Toy Barn after the show before everyone else ran over to get in line. Luckily, DS6 made the line to see Buzz, Woody and Jessie before they had to go in. He has been a Toy Story fan forever so this was a big deal to him. Of course we had to hit Pizza Planet. He played a few games, later we grabbed some Pizza Planet pizza and took it back to the hotel for lunch.

After an afternoon rest at the hotel, we headed to Magic Kingdom. We had PS at Crystal Palace for dinner. Crystal Palace was a much better experience the Garden Grill. First of all it is much bigger, seating is big round tables, so all 5 of us fit comfortably. We must have had better timing, because all of the characters came to our table first thing, before we even got anything to eat! This was great! I thought the food was very good. I had the pulled pork bbq and potatoes. I also liked the Pooh and friends topiarys inside.

We saw the Cinderalla Surprise Celebration show at the Castle steps. Rode the carosel, Winnie the Pooh (DStwins loved this, we would fastpass this ride many times during the week)

Magic Kingdom would be the last of the four parks that we would hit. Now, I liked the giant ball at Epcot, I liked the hat at MGM, I liked the Tree of Life, but, for me, the seeing the castle was the best!!!! I have to admit, it is a magical feeling when your standing there taking it all in. Main Street USA (no matter how crowded) is magical also. THere is just no other place on earth quite like it.

Back to hotel for swimming, arcade and late night snacks!

Almost forgot - being that it was Father's Day, we celebrated at the hotel in the afternoon, giving DH personalized golf balls, he loved it.

Loving all your reports so far! I agree, there's no place like Magic Kingdom and nothing as beautiful as the castle!

Great report ~ Thanx for sharing.
