i have read on here that some people say it is ok to bring beverages on board the ship in your carry-on. i have a friend who is also my TA and she said that they will confinscate these items till after the end of the cruise. so which is right? also are the beach towels provided or do you have to buy them.

and one more thing how can i get my clock to count faster this is just taking forever. lol

Beach Towles are avaliable anytime you leave the ship and I think on deck at the pools but I could be wrong about that part. as for the beverages I never saw them confiscating anything other than things like weapons at the terminal when I was there last week but I was also one of the first ones there and didn't have any of my own. Are you going for a specific drink? I ask because you can get things like juice, coffee, tea, leamonade and pop for free at the buffets, room service, and meals.
Hope that helps you.

tcam........last 3 cruises I brought on a couple cases of miller lite, and onother couplewith us brought a coulple bottles of rum. Never a problem as long as it was IN a carryon bag.

Any drinks you bring, keep in a bag or suitcase. Also, the first stop is Key West, so you have an opportunity to buy stuff there and take on board as well. This way you don't have to bring the "mother load" with you to the Port!

The beach towels are not beach towels, but just regular size bath towels. They provide them for all excursions. You either go up to deck 9 by the pools and get them prior to shore, or at some stops Disney has them waiting for you on the docks to take.

Each of our kids bought a real beach-size beach towel on board. Great to have for the beach excursions and also to take home!

Ditto on the last post.....never a problem taking as a carry on in a soft sided cooler.....we usually bring a case of beer and a 12 pack of coke and they will fill your cooler on a daily basis to keep your drinks cold......Andy

we always bring a nice cold 12-pack of diet coke in an appropriately sized rolling suitcase...we even check it with the porters for delivery to our stateroom....this has never been a problem...
