I was wondering if someone could help me with trying to plan our meals on the DDP. We are not new to Disney but are new to the DDP. My children are 14, 10 and 9. They are not picky eaters. They will try anything. (Love that about them!) They are quite the "adult" when it comes to dining. They enjoy the nice places.

We received our video this week and watched it during the snow storm. They pointed out several places they would like to eat but I explained that California Grill is not part of the package :guilty:

With children like mine who will eat escargot, lobster, brussel sprouts etc., how would you do your reservations. Oh, we are going in July for 9 nights.

My children are very small, even the oldest (14) does not weigh 100 lbs. the smaller ones are barely 50 lbs. Should I remove one from the plan? It sounds like a lot of food will be waisted.....

We are arriving on July 6th. in the early morning.

Thanks for the help!:flower3:

Everyone in the room needs to be on the DDP.

As an FYI - your 10 and 14 are considered adults by disney which means that they would be able to order off the adult menu (which would better suit their adult taste). I am sure between the rest of you, you would be able to share enough with your 9 years old if she is not satisfied with the child offerings.

Oh, and California Grill is part of the dining plan - it is 2 credits per person to eat there though.
