you can't use those passes for the parks that have the block out dates

To upgrade a undercover tourist ticket just go to the guest service counter at the studios or IOA and ask them to upgrade the ticket, annual and season passes are the same people just call them by both names.

Could you tell me if I can upgrade my UT tickets for full value if I got the 2 days with 2 days free expiring March 31, 2017? I'm looking for someone that has tried and how it worked out! Lots of reports of upgrading 2 days with 1 day free from UT.
