First Timer and with ECV

We are visiting for 2 days with Park to Park tickets. First time going to US and IOA and my husband will have an ECV (he can walk/stand fir short period of time but walking for an hour straight will put him in knee pain. Was wondering if the park will be as Disney friendly with ecv.

Helps/Tips will be hightly appreciated.

Yes. My grandmother uses them in both parks. No real difference in ease of use that we have noticed. There are less of them around if that makes a difference.
