Is the dinning plan easy to manage? We like to eat and run in the morning and sit down at night, will this work out for us?

Have not tried the plan with the changes for 2008, but when we visited in August this is exactly what we did. With the exception of 1 meal, our TS meals were at dinner. This is not really for the value, but because this is the time we like to take a break and sit down to a nice meal.

This fits nicely with the way we like to vacation.

We are going in August too, and this is our 1st time on the dining plan. We never really did TS at WDW. We usually rented a car and ate off property, so it should be pretty interesting to see how everything is. We have ADR's for Shula's (oop), Coral reef, 50's Prime time, Chef Mickey's, 1900 Park Fare Breakfast, HDDR, Whispering Canyon.

You did not mention that you made reservations. That is a must if you have not made them. I like the Dp even though the changes for '08 are terrible. It still alows us an affordable way to get a relaxing air conditioned meal in the Fl heat.
