First time with a cabana rental

We will be renting a cabana at DLH. This is our first time using a cabana. Is there anything I should know? Any special tips or suggestions? We will be there 9/25 10:30 - 1:30.

You might want to request a specific location- they are located either close to the Monorail slides or closer to the "swimming" pool, depending on your likes. Enjoy!

We are sitting in one of the DLH cabanas right now! So glad we went ahead with booking one I think the ones near the main pool may be abit quieter than near the slides, but if you have young ones, you might like to be by the slides.

Wifi doesn't work well in the ones by the slides.

When I booked it I requested to be near the slides as I know that is what my daughter really wants to do.

When you order food, is it from room service or Tangaroa Terrace?

I believe that when you order food, it will be from Tangaroa Terrace. That is where the food comes from when you order at the pool and I believe I have seen the server go to the cabanas also as they make their rounds. I could be wrong as we have never rented a cabana. But, we have spent quite a bit of time at the pool.

Food comes from tarangoa terrace and also Trader Sams. Some really nice cocktails on the menu as well ( although different to the regular Trader Sams cocktails). We were really impressed with the service we got today.
