Disclaimer: This is not a complaint post. I knew about the 11 month home advantage and wanted to squeeze in an extra trip with some "left over" points. Now I just need advice on how to undo any mess I have made in trying to wait list for the first time. 
Background: I want to go to WDW over MLK weekend 2019. I want to take my family of 4 plus my mother. We had 59 points left on our contract for 2019 bookings. I reserved our home resort studio for the weekend = 25 points. Cannot fit mom in that room. Waited until 7 month window and tried at 8 AM to book any of the 5 DVCs which fit 5 people in a studio. They were all gone by 7:30 (I checked then).
So, I wait listed both BWV Garden/pool and BCV because I thought those were the best bet in terms of numbers.
Today, I found a PVB standard studio available for the 1st night only. I panicked and reserved it. I then removed the BCV wait list to make room for a wait list for the PVB standard view for the second night... Then, I panicked again and tried to call MS to see if I had messed something up. However, they will not take my call today because they are only booking the cruises and dealing with reservations 5 days away.
Currently, I kept my original reservation at SSR; I have 1 night at PVB, 1 wait list for a 2nd night, and 1 wait list at BWV for both nights.
Questions:
1) How badly did I screw this up?
2) If my 2nd night at PVB comes through, I will need 1 point extra than is left on my 2019 UY (since I still have my SSR reservation). I plan to pay for 1 time use point for this. I told the wait list request to NOT borrow. Can I get a 1 time use point for this or will my wait list get rejected if it comes through?
3) If I get the PVB second night, can I link the two separate reservations eventually?
4) If the BWV reservation comes in first, I no longer have enough points to cover. I believe I said "no preference" to borrowing and now I cannot modify that preference on the new booking tool. Will it automatically borrow, then?
5) Is the BWV 2 day wait list or the PVB 1 day wait list more likely to come through? Or are neither likely because it is a weekend?
