Hey all, this is my first post so be easy. We are getting into Orlando tomorrow and hitting up Universal/IOA Tues night -Sat. It looks like the only day without rain in the forecast is Tues. if we are able to get to the parks around 2ish, what are the things you would get done that might be ruined by the rain later in the week? Thanks a bunch!

I'd prioritize any play areas you might be interested in like Camp Jurassic and maybe water rides. yeah, you'd already be wet from the rain but I think they'd be better with some sun to warm you up! Coasters and Hogsmeade are the other things.
Luckily just about every ride is inside (lines too) so you won't be too hindered by rain.

Cool, thanks. We were debating between going to Hagrids/Seuss or seeing the Holiday parade. Any recommendations there?

Yes, play areas and any outdoor rides. Depending on what types of rides you like -- all coasters big and small, Dr. Doom (although I have been on that in the rain...), everything in the Jurassic Park area, the Dr. Seuss trolley, Ripsaw Falls, and Bilge Rats. If the weather is bad, they'll close temporarily and, even if they don't, you'll get wet. (Of course, you'll get wet on the water rides anyway, but then you can't warm up in the sun). You'll also be outside a lot in both Harry Potter areas, but we've enjoyed the atmosphere with rain and running in and out of shops, assuming it's not cold out and not a torrential downpour. The Jurassic Park play area was also fun in the rain, but only if it's in the upper 80s-90, not in the 60s or 70s.

My kids aren't really big parade fans and thought the holiday parade was nice but missable, so we would pick Dr. Seuss, and Hagrid's if the line is manageable. But it depends on your group.
