First time using towncar services

I booked with Tiffany. Received a confirmation via email, but it was pretty standard/vague. I let them know in the notes section that we need a stop at the grocery, but that piece didn't print out on the reservation. Will they contact me to confirm anything? Should I call them?
 
Relax! We've use Tiffany several times and have been pleased with the service, including a grocery stop. A week or so before your trip, call them and confirm the details. Get the name of the agent you speak with. When you're picked up, confirm again with the driver that you're stopping at a grocery store. If not, tell him/her you're not interested if there's no stop. (this won't happen, they're desperate for business) You'll be fine, enjoy your trip.
