First time using Fast pass help

I have never used Fastpass but this is what my pla is


MK opens at 8am
We get there at RD run to Seven dwarfs mine ride and attempt to ride that by 9:15

First three Fastpasses
Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
8:15 AM - 9:15 AM
Splash Mountain
Magic Kingdom Park
9:35 AM - 10:35 AM
Space Mountain
11:00- 12:00
