First time Uber or lyft ASMo to nearest Waffle House?

My sister and I will be going in a couple weeks and throughout the entire pandemic we had talked about doing a little road trip from home to a Waffle House and back but it never panned out.
We decided while at Disney we will make it to a Waffle House since it would only be a few minutes away vs a few hours.
We have never done uber or lyft. I'm a little nervous because we'll be going late at night. Which company would you recommend?

It's a toss up, use a different one each way if you want. I generally use Lyft more but reality to me is they are both about the same. Most drivers I've run into drive for both.

Whichever is cheapest and/or fastest pickup! I have and use both apps, especially in Disney. I found Lyft to be slightly cheaper on my last trip.
