First time Uber $30 discount with Amex

Idk if targeted it showed on 2 personal Amex cards under offers but there was no button to enroll. It did not show on my biz amex cards. Code: "UBERAMEX" must be added in the uber app under the add promo/gift code section and you must pay with your Amex. First time users only it says, valid until 4/30/19.

This looks like the same offer I used from Chase a couple years ago but now Amex has it, $30 off uber is the biggest first time discount I remember seeing (but I don't take rideshares very often). Hope it's useful to someone!

I would contact Uber via Twitter DM with screenshots of the Amex Offer, if they don’t help try Amex’s Twitter support team. Something is very wrong since you were promised $30 and only got $10!

AMEX was offering it in Dec and I used it. Paid for my total trip. I did give a good tip.
