Will be visiting DLP July 3-6 (Sun-Wed). We live in FL and are now well-versed in Genie+ for both WDW and DL since we had a recent trip to CA as well! What do I need to know re Premier Access? Sounds like it is one you have to be in the park to purchase? We are staying at Newport Bay Club in Compass Club room - any extra for that? (At other parks if staying at Disney resort get to book 2 hrs before others for certain rides). Just trying to determine what I need to know about it. I understand schools in France may not be out until July 7 but would expect other crowds since it is summer but any advice about that timing and guidance on Premier Access is greatly appreciated!

All you need to know is that the easiest way is to make reservations on the day of via the app and that you pay one at a time. That's all there is to it. No special perks for club level guests. Your better perk is the EMH you get with your hotel and that almost all headliners are open during this time. You can do most of them without spending your money on premier access.

From the website: https://www.disneylandparis.com/en-us/attractions/disney-premier-access/

Which attractions can you access with a Disney Premier Access?

Disney Premier Access is available for Big Thunder Mountain, Phantom Manor, Peter Pan's Flight, Ratatouille: The Adventure, Buzz Lightyear Laser Blast, Star Wars Hyperspace Mountain, Star Tours: The Adventures continue, The Twilight Zone Tower of Terrorᵀᴹ, Autopia®, Indiana Jones™ and the Temple of Peril, Orbitron®, Crush's Coaster.

You can see the attractions that are available during your visit via the app once you are in the Disney Parks.

By heart I say you cannot get EMH access to Phantom Manor, Star Tours, Autopia, Indiana Jones.
Phantom Manor and Indiana Jones' lines are usually quite tolerable. Autopia gets long lines due to the extremely slow unloading process.

Unless you are not a morning person of course, then it might be worth it spending the money. You do have quite some time (is it 4 full days you have?), so even a longer line is doable.
I would only consider it for Crush's Coaster, to avoid the morning run. Yes, there is always a handful of runners for Crush, the rest speedwalks ;-) So if I had a late start and I really wanted to do Crush, which is a fantastic ride, then I would spend the money.

Is there a limit to how many you can buy, or the times? Like do you have to wait for one to ride before buying the next one? Thanks!

But like can I buy x ride at 9-10am, and then Y ride from 11-12pm, and then Z ride 1-2pm. But purchase them all in the morning? Or do they give you the next available? Like is it like FastPass (genie whatever...) where you have to wait 2 hours for next one... Thank you!

To my knowledge. No. It doesn't mention anywhere about the a 2 hour waiting period like fastpass had / Genie+ has.
What I can see in the app, it selects the next possible timeslot.

I am not an expert, I would suggest you watch this:

It maybe possible to choose a time slot by the time your trip comes around as it was mentioned that it is something they may add to the service. But as soon as you have ridden one ride you can buy the next.

I would say though if you use emh it's pointless paying for anything but crush. Pirates, phantom and most other rides late evening are also normally walk on as people get ready to watch the illuminations. Ques for the other attractions in the morning or late evening tend to move very fast including on btmr.
