First Time to Disney - Need DDP Reservation Help

We are going to disney for the first time the first of August (DH, DM, DD13, and DS9). We will be on the DDP for the first 5 days. I have the following reservations and need one more for the Downtown disney area or Epcot (we will staying at BWI). Ohana, Coral Reef, Le Cellier, and Boma are our current reservations. Please help.

I've heard great things about Wolfgang Puck's Grand Cafe at Downtown disney, so DH and I are going to try that this time. If you like lobster, you can check out Cap'n Jacks. It's the only 1 credit restaurant that serves lobster, I believe.
Do you like German food? You might enjoy Biergarten, then. We were there last year on our honeymoon, and it was a fun evening. Or maybe San Angel Inn if you want to try some more-authentic-than-tex-mex mexican food.
So many choices!

Wolfgang's is the only place we are revisiting from last year. It was the best meal we had. Looking forward to the Calamari. Yum!

Ooh! Good to hear!! My DH is a very boring eater, while I love trying more exotic things, so we thought WGP would be a good compromise. And I luuuv calamari. Mmmm!

I have read mixed reviews on Wolfgang's. Is Captain Jacks a good place to eat or should I try Bistro de Paris or Biergarten?

Haven't been to Cap'n Jacks so I can't really comment, although everything I have seen and read looks very good.

Bistro de Paris isn't on the DDP. But, Le Chefs de France is the restaurant in France which is on the DDP and is excellent. Our whole family loves it, and we have been there 3 years in a row woohoo: and have an ADR for it in Sept.) It's a beautiful setting and the food is great.

As for Biergarten, I think if you love German food and don't mind sitting at tables with others (their tables are "community" longer tables, not individual family tables) it would be good. They have a floor show, also.

I know a lot of people love Raglan Road (DTD) although I have never been. It looks like a great place from the pics I have seen.

I think for your other days, you have made good choices. Let us know what you decide.

If you don't mind eating off the DDP, Bistro de Paris is wonderful. We had a relaxing and quiet dinner there the last time we were in WDW, and all of us (including two "foodies") loved it. (Our other two favorites, based on food quality alone, were California Grill and Victoria & Albert's.) Chefs de France, which is on the DDP, is also good, but has a very different atmosphere - light, bright, noisy, as opposed to Bistro, which is darker and more intimate feeling. Chefs has very good food (or did, when I was last there), but I think Bistro has the edge on it. I will say that because of the DDP, we have reservations for our next trip at Chefs.

Never been to Captain Jack's.

As far as the Biergarten goes, I got dragged in years ago expecting to hate it. I'm not generally a fan of buffets or eating at tables with strangers. I don't mean this to sound like damning with faint praise, but my reaction to the Biergarten was that I didn't hate it. I remember the atmosphere being a lot of fun and the food being fine. I would not be opposed to returning at some point, but there are so many places that I really do love to eat or that I want to try in WDW that we're not planning on returning any time soon.
