First Time Solo w/out kids and need advice

This is our first trip where we will have a babysitter available to us. We have one night to go have a good time with two other couples and we need advice. In our one night we have to hit the best pleasure island has to offer. So How do we do as much as possible in one night and what are the must dos. This one really has me in a quandry??? Please advise
