First time renter and a ?

Hello-We are preparing to put our application (they keep the application for 30 days and recommend that you have the application in the system by the 11 month mark) with a broker for a 2013 stay.

This is our first rental experience. Is it fairly easy to get what you want if you put the info out there by the 11 month mark?

Any answers appreciated since we are new at this. Thank you so much for any input.

I would think that you can get the room category that you want but that is between you and the person that you are doing business with. I would talk to them since they make it happen.

It may depend on whether they have a member at the resort you want who is trying to rent out points.

Sorry but there is no way for any of us to know. As Bill said the person you are renting from will be able to give you the best info.
