First Time Platinum....I have questions

I wonder. We always book 2 rooms - there are 6 of us. Our boys would be over 18 on our next sailing, so we registered me, son #1 and daughter in room 1 and DW, son #2 and other daughter in room 2.

Do the 4 of us over 18 get to go to Palo twice? Once for each room? Or would it be divided by stateroom, so that we were only free once?

The people in each cabin would be free ONCE. You don't get to double dip on that one.

No..only ONE free Palo per cruise even if the reservations are linked together. All eligible platinum members will get one meal comped whether Brunch OR dinner.

That being said, what generally happens is whatever Palo "experience" you do first gets comped. But that could change.

We've done 4 Platinum cruises and have never been offered Bingo or anything from the spa! We always get the sparkling wine and the stateroom hosts have been great about keeping it on ice, even if it takes a couple of days before we drink it!

We were offered gift certificates toward services from the spa even when we were silver. I think it might depend on whether or not the spa is trying to boost business.

I have, also. But I was just pointing out that the website (I know - tends to NOT be updated on a timely basis) says "dinner". The letter says "dining experience".

Most recently, DCL has been applying the free meal to whichever meal you take in Palo first on any given cruise.

The Bingo offer is on the welcome letter you get in your cabin. It is at the end of the letter. If you play bingo and present your card to purchase, the CM recognizes that you get the free bingo cards and scans them in. The spa offer varies and may or may not be offered on your particular cruise.

We had it on your welcome letter a couple of weeks ago on the Wonder as well.

We are not Bingo players but I do remember seeing it.
