Hi,
My DH, DD (4), and DS (3) and I will be staying on site for our very first time!!! This is the second trip for our kids and we couldn't pass up the great rate for the GF in Dec.!!!! Any suggestions out there for good garden view rooms???? Or any tips in general for this resort or visiting in early DEC??? Would love to hear your ideas. We are so excited to be able to stay on site!!!:bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce: :bounce: :Pinkbounc Thanks for any ideas,
Zinga

PS!!!! Thank you to the DIS (you wonderful people) for letting me know about the discount codes!!!!

You will love WDW in December..... Have fun! One thing to do is visit other resorts (Poly and COntempary are easy coz they are on the monorail)

Other than that.... just kick back and enjoy the Christmas charm :-)

Leave the transportation to disney!! use the buses, boats, monorail. Definitely check out the other resorts christmas deco. We're going in Dec and will be eating at other resorts so we can see all the christmas stuff.

;) We did dinner at Ohana's at the Poly our first night in WDW. You will be really close. You can just take the Monorail. We loved it and it was a great way to start our vacation. Great food and atmosphere. Games for the kids and a perfect view of the castle. We made ressies around the fireworks time at Mk and they turned down the lights and piped the music in and we watched them from our table. The Poly is a really pretty Resort and everything was decorated so pretty for the Holidays. Have fun!

My daughter and I stayed there last summer for a girls-only trip. We requested (and got) an upper-floor marina-view room in Conch Key building. Marina view qualifies as garden view. You will see water and the monorail - very pretty view, plus I loved the room decor in Conch Key.
Have an awesome trip!!

Thank you all for the great suggestions!!! I can't wait. I think half the fun is in the planning!!!;)

For your DD & DS, take there stuffed toys with you. The more you leave in the room the more magical the scenarios you get from mousekeeping when you return;)

Maybe it's well known but we were suprised our first stay;)

Hi imzinga- I live in Stafford too!!! We were there last year in early December, but stayed at the Poly. and YC. You will love the ease of being on the monorail, especially with two little ones. Make sure you try and get in some of the special holiday events while you are there. They are great. The GF is GORGEOUS during the holidays.

We will be the early November, and CAN NOT wait.

PM me if you have any questions.:D

For Yepod....(like the name!!!):
I was not aware of anything that mousekeeping does when you are out of the room....do they set up the stuffed animals and such???? How interesting, I have never heard of that, thanks!!!

for laurenk:
Hi,,,,guess I should update my profile!! We just moved to PA, near Pittsburgh. But Stafford was really nice!! Hope you enjoy your trip in NOV!!!!
