This will be my first time staying on property in 20 years, how does this "base" plan look?

Any thoughts? Ideas? Recommendations?

Friday 8th: Disney Springs - Earl of Sandwich, shopping, Dockside Margaritas, Jock Lindsey's, and dinner over at Yachtsman's Steakhouse.
Saturday 9th: Hollywood Studios - Rope drop to Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, FP+ (Tower of Terror, Toy Story Mania, and Star Tours) and Fantasmic! package (lunch) at Mama Melrose.
Sunday 10th: Islands of Adventure - Rope drop to Harry Potter, Three Broomsticks for lunch, The Cowfish for dinner, CityWalk for fun, and a quick trip to Fun Spot (to ride coasters).
Monday 11th: Universal Orlando - Rope drop to Despicable Me, Leaky Cauldron for lunch, and checking out the Orlando craft beer scene that night.
Tuesday 12th: Epcot - Rope drop to Mission: SPACE, FP+ (Test Track, Disney Pals, and Nemo), "Drink Around The World", and Le Cellier for dinner.
Wednesday 13th: Magic Kingdom - FP+ (Mine Train, Peter Pan, and Pooh), dinner at Be Our Guest, and a few Dole Whip's.
Thursday 14th: Animal Kingdom - FP+ (Dinosaur, Safari, and Everest), lunch at Flame Tree, and dinner at Coral Reef back at Epcot.
Friday 15th: Magic Kingdom - Keys to the Kingdom Tour, FP+ (Space Mountain, Mermaid, and Big Thunder), and dinner at Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge.
Saturday 16th: TBD, but likely Magic Kingdom - FP+ (Mine Train, Space Mountain, and Splash Mountain).

Firstly, I can't comment on Universal plans because I don't have enough experience. Have fun, though!

Do you have park hoppers only because of your plans to go to Coral Reef for dinner on your Animal Kingdom day? If so, if I were you I might reconsider your dinner plans---maybe head back to Disney Springs or a resort. I am one of the people that LOVES Coral Reef, (there are many, many that do not) but I'm not sure it's worth the price of a park hopper ticket.

I'm assuming you already have all of these fast passes booked. They sound like good plans to me without knowing the timing of your fast passes. And if Dole Whips are important to your vacation (they certainly are to me) remember you can get them on the Pimeapple Lanai at the Poly, too. Satisfy that craving on days you aren't at MK!

We do have hoppers. It was part of a gift to us from family. Thanks for the help so far!

Is Fun Spot a necessity? Universal and islands of adventure are both full day parks.

Peter pan has a new queue for standby where your walking through the house. Since it's been 20 years, you might want to use the standby line if peter pan is your thing..

My girlfriend and I are both coaster enthusiasts and want the coaster credits. I imagined it would be a pretty quick stop. Fun Spot is open till 12am and Universal closes at 7pm.

Good idea. Thanks!
