First time on DDP....how does my plan look?

Hi there..we will be at WDW from July 21-28 staying one night at POP before heading over to BCV studio (DVC members)..this is our first time doing the DDP so how does my plan look? Any suggestions or tips?

I am planning on most breakfast (except for 2 booked) to be in the studio with cereals, bagels and such we will be picking up at grocery store.

So saving most snacks for in park days....here are some of the counter service restaurants I want to try and get in:

Poly-Captain Cooks
Beach Club-Hurricane Hannas
MK: Cosmic Rays, Tomorrowland Noodle Station
Epcot: Electric Umbrella, Sunshine Seasons

We have not done the sci-fi or Cape May, but the rest are great. We also brought snacks and breakfast with us. We brought a cooler and just put a few buckets of ice in it each night to keep the milk we brought cold (and our water).

We are going in Oct and this will be our first time on the DDP. I pretty much did what you have but we are doing 50's prime time, Coral Reef, and Crystal Palace. I wanted Le Cellier, but it was booked. I also wanted LTT on Oct 8 (before MNSSHP) but had to settle for Crystal Palace. Oh well, at least we'll be in the park that day anyway! We decided to do several character meals/buffets since I have to put 11 YO as adult and she won't eat much on adult menus at other restaurants. Anyway, hopefully DH and I will be going back in November for our anniversary...so we'll opt for more non-character meals.

50's prime time cafe is cool too! The waitresses are a little sassy and fun.
