First Time on a Disney Cruise with 2 Tots

Hello, I am hoping someone can help me. We are a family of four (our daughters will be 4 and 2) going on a Disney cruise out of Miami in January 2017. We will be flying into Ft. Lauderdale. I am trying to figure out best place to stay and transportation from the airport, to the port and back to the airport. Any suggestions and tips will be greatly appreciated.

We used SAS, http://www.ridesas.com/ for our return ride from the port to FT Lauderdale airport. It worked well and was affordable. Upon arriving, we had a day to spare between our arrival and our cruise so we had rented a car at the airport to have for that day, and then dropped it off at the port the morning of the cruise.

I believe we used Dollar rental car. The drop off was a quick ride away from the port but they had a complimentary shuttle. It worked well.
