First Time in 15 years.... I have some questions on Timing

Hello Friends!
We will be coming down after Easter with 2 kids. We already for Tony Hinds set up (super reasonable and very responsive!) Therefore, if I am using a private car service my timing questions are as follows:

- We are flying Delta, about how long should it take for luggage to come out?
- I am planning on 30-45 min drive time. Is that about accurate?
- Allowing the normal 90 min to get from Riviera to MK. What is the average?

For the return, our flight leaves at 7:40. We have TSA precheck and are Delta Priority.
What time should we leave the resort realistically? Again, still using Tony. I do not want to sit around at the airport for hours and try to entertain kids.

We have only ever used DME so I have no idea what to plan for here.

Delta promises luggage on the carousel in 20 minutes or less from gate time.
Timeline looks right to get from MCO to WDW depending on time of day.
NO idea about Riviera to MK.
If you're flight is scheduled at 7:40, with checked bags, I would want to be leaving the resort by 5:30 at the latest. Personally I would look to leave about 5:15.

In most cases, your 90 minute estimate to get from Riviera to MK (via bus, I assume) is way too high. Depending when you go and your timing to catch a bus at Riviera, 25-45 minutes max.

I agree with leaving for the airport no later than 5:15 - you'll get dropped off there around 5:45, close to the 2 hours recommended, if there are zero traffic delays on the way. Assuming you mean 7:40PM, which means there could be some rush-hour slowness on the way. MCO can also be unpredictable with getting through security, but TSA-Pre can help a lot. Depending how long after Easter you are talking, the airport is likely to be quite busy - it usually is anyway! Have a great trip!
