First time...how did I do

HI!

This is our first trip as a family (including my parents). It will be us, parents and 2 boys 4 and 3.

Here is what I reserved - would love opinions or alternate suggestions. We are not getting the Hopper so I tried to stay with which park we will be in that day. We are staying at Saratoga Springs.

October 29th
arrive at 4:00pm
no plans - will probably eat at DD or at the resort

October 30th
Epcot
12pm - Coral Reef
6:20pm - Teppan Edo

October 31
Animal Kingdom in the morning
Dinner - Wolfgang Puck

November 1
Magic Kingdom
Chef Mickeys - breakfast
MNSSHP

November 2
Epcot - Chef de France - lunch

November 3
Magic Kingdom
Liberty Tree Tavern Dinner

Well - thoughts, concerns....am I totally getting this wrong?

I think it looks great! We stayed at Saratoga in April and had a great time. I would definitely take the boys to T-Rex (it is OOP), but my DS5s fav restaurant and a must on each trip. For a quick service meal, Wolfgang Puck Express is wonderful!!! Also, my 18 month absolutely loved Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom and the food was very good for dinner. We are going back in November and my husband wants to eat there again!! Our other favorite restaurant that we try not to miss is Ohana. That definitely kept the baby entertained and my picky son had "the best grilled cheese" ever! Both boys loved Chef Mickey's.

One tip when at the AK, back by the Lion King there is little to no wait to have pics with characters!!! Also, if your boys are huge Lightening McQueen fans like mine, at HS in the back by Mama Melrose is Lightening and Mater!
