First time getting a pin...

I called last night and it turns out I have a pin attached to my name! I had not received an email or post card but thought I'd call to check. She was able to tell me the dates that I could use it but not the percentage of the discount. Is this really the case or should I try calling back to get a different person? This trip is still in the "wishful thinking" category but a really good discount could bump it up a notch! She said I could try plugging in dates but I'm just not ready to really work out the details just yet, just wanted to get an idea if it was even possible. Thanks!!

To find out the percentage she couldve pulled up a reservation screen and punched in a resort and compared it to the rack rate to figure out the % but no, it does not say what the percentage is just by looking at the pin code

Thanks for the response! I jumped the gun with my question...the email came last night. She must have seen it before it even got sent out. I just need to be more patient!
