First Time Cruiser

Going on first disney cruise with DH, DD 10 and DS 2. DH and DD surprised me with a Cat 3 Room for 7 day Eastern on Magic!!! If anyone has any information they can share with me about these rooms and conceirge service - that would be great. Also, if anyone has specific information about room 8086, I'd love to hear about it.
