You can get the buttons at City Hall in the Magic Kingdom.

wherever the guest relations area is - as a PP mentioned, in MK it's at City Hall; In Epcot it's to the left of Spaceship Earth as you walk in, etc. Whichever park is your first visit of your trip, you can get one there.
