First time at US/IOA

We will be at WDW from June 1-6 staying at AKV. On the morning of the 6th we will be checking into RPR for one night and enjoying the parks on the 6th and 7th.

What time should we be leaving AKV to get to RPR - check in - and get to IOA for early entry?

Scheduled opening is 9am , so early entry is 8am.I would be at RPR front desk by 645am.
