First Time at Sea World, help

My husband, myself and son (5 years) will be at Sea World for one day, December 2, during our disney trip. I thought I read somewhere about a sesame street breakfeast, how do we book that?? Also, any advise or recommendations for attending the park for that one day would be very much appreciated. Any ideas for lunch?? We are not planning on staying at the park for supper.

It can be booked online.

Definately get a show schedule and plan your attack around the show times. Fill in the time between shows with all of the other attractions you wish to do.

I do not find SeaWorld's website to be very user friendly. Does anyone know what restaurant hosts the Sesame Street breakfast, what times the breakfast is offered, price and any other pertinent information?

thanks for the info, i too don't seem to find their website very friendly.. actually a little confusing at times.. any other tips would be appreciated. how is the atlantis ride, is it mild?? my son is 5 and just 42 inches tall.

Atlantis is a not too intense, my daughter who is definately not a thrill seeker enjoyed it at age 5.
