first time at OKW... sorry for a redundant question...

This coming June will be my 1st time to stay at OKW without car. Which location is best distance wise to the buses/foodcourt/pool. Sorry my question is a smorgasboard but all FYI is highly appreciated.

Are you looking for someone to say near the Hospitality House? That's all it is, really, is the near Hospitality House, then its close to the buses and everything.

There are 5 bus stops scattered throughout the resort. All areas are pretty convenient. There are 4 pools, the main pool area and 3 neighborhood pools. No food court, there is a table service restaurant, one outdoor hot food snack bar (near the main pool) and one pre-packaged snack bar (near the Turtle Pond pool.) Both the snack bars have outdoor seating.

The area with the Tabe Service restaurant, main pool, and check-in area is called Hospitality House. The HH area is a guaranteed booking category (Bldgs 11 to 14 and 23 to 26.) The category must be booked at the time of reservation, much like Boardwalk View at BWV.

Other nearby buildings include 27 to 29, 62 to 64, and 15 & 16. 62 to 64 are the only buildings with elevators, and are often used for guests with mobility issues.

The last 2 times we stayed we had buildings 24 & 25. The buildings are in a great location.

We like to stay near the first bus stop. We like to be the first off the bus at night after a long day at the park. Its easier with sleeping children in our opinion.

We have stayed at OKW twice and both times we were assigned to Bldg. 14. I really loved this location as it was right across from the Hospitality House where the bus stops, store, pool, restaurants were all located.

Since HH is actually the last bus stop, it was nice to be able to board there and be on our way to the parks. In the evenings, we just got off at the first stop and strolled a short distance (less than 3 minutes) back to our room so we didn't have to ride the bus all through the resort. It was great!
