A word of advice. The buses are great if you are going to one of the parks, but if you are headed to another resort for dinner or whatever, you may want to drive (assuming you have a car). We found getting from POR to any other resort was insane because you have to transfer at DTD. It took use 45-60 minutes to get from one to the other.

Personally, I like to drive when I'm going to the MK, too. It just wasn't the same getting dropped off a bus instead of getting to ride the tram from the parking lot and then zipping through the concourse of the Contemporary on a Monorail on the way in and then riding the ferry boat back at night and seeing Cindy Castle rise from the park as you sail back to the parking lot. It's the romantic in me. I know it's more practical to go on the bus, but it's just not the same for me.

You will fall in love with being on property. There is nothing quite like being fully immersed in Disney. POFQ is also a favorite of mine. You will love it! Congrats!
