I know that I should be able to search for this, but search isn't working well for me right now :badpc: , and I have to make a decision very soon.

The search that I did manage to do indicated that crowds are mainly in the SW areas.

We might attend Sat. May 20, the first weekend, but probably wouldn't want to participate in the SW activities.

How are the ride waits?

Are the regular Disney Characters out as usual too, or just the SW ones? DD is into autographs, but I don't think she'd want the SW ones (but she may surprise me).

Everything else should be fine. The regular characters are out too.

We were there last year during a SW weekend, and even though DS and I are fans, we're not THAT level of fans. :)

The Star Wars area is jam packed, wall to wall people. That might hinder you in cutting through to Muppets and such, but the rest of the park was at normal crowd levels. Actually, over by TT and such you couldn't even tell it was a SW weekend.

I did enjoy the Stormtroopers "guarding" the main gate, though.

I'm not a big Star Wars fan- I haven't seen all of the movies but I know who the basic characters are like Chewbacca. I had a blast being in MGM during SWW- I think its neat to see the characters that usually aren't out. It didn't really affect the waits for the normal rides/attractions.
