First round of stimulus checks deposited today

My status updated today. I had been receiving the payment status not available message. We did file for 2019 with our direct deposit info. Just checked and the site now states the payment will be processed on 4/22.

Were your 2019 taxes completed yet? Did you efile? Did you get your refund or did you owe? Our 2019 were e filed, received but not processed and we cannot see any info about the stimulus payment, nor add any info right now.

Same happened with me - I had put in ave in lieu of avenue, (force of habit) and received error message few days ago

I filed my federal taxes online this year a few weeks ago, they were accepted but probably not processed yet. I think that might be why I can't get past the "Payment Status" screen.

For what it’s worth, our daughter’s return was efiled about 2 weeks ago, she received her refund by direct deposit last Friday, and she still is getting the payment status not available message for the stimulus payment.

Has anyone who gets social security or social security disability and does NOT file taxes get their stimulus check yet? the IRS site still says they don't have the info from social security

Still getting the same response. I've given up hope of getting anything any time soon at this point. Luckily, I have nothing pressing that I need to use it for.

I updated my deposit info Wednesday before 8 am. My status still states the whole thing about “we will update your deposit date” with the last 4 digits of my bank account. So weird.

Yes, we had filed for 2019. And we were due $$ back. The refund came through via direct deposit the same day that first batch of stimulus payments went out. Until the other day, the get my payment site showed the status not available/unable to determine your eligibility message. There was nothing you could do after that.

I would guess the site will update shortly after they process your 2029 return - at least that’s how it was for us.

I would guess the site will update shortly after they process your 2029 return - at least that’s how it was for us.

So once your tax refund was processed, your stimulus message changed? I am hoping that's it for us. Do you know when they accepted your e file tax return? We are going on almost 4 weeks now.

Apparently they have mailed the first checks, but they are starting with people making under 10k/year and working up from there. Last checks won't arrive until September for those only getting partial stimulus amounts. Based on my income, it will probably be late May or early June before I would get mine. Unclear on if we can still keep trying to use their awful site to enter our info prior to getting a paper check. I'm still getting the same old message as of this morning.

I entered my info Wednesday and it still says they’ll update when they have a deposit date and it does show the last 4 digits of checking account. At this point I might get a deposit without it ever updating but I think I’m most likely getting a paper check.

Do you have a date OF mailing from ttbe "where's my payment" portal yet? I have the now famous Apr 24 date, but I am over that income bracket so not sure what is going on
